Global Situation Analysis Report

(1) Novel coronavirus COVID-19 Since the end of 2019, the novel coronavirus COVID-19, which originated in Wuhan, China, broke out and spread to the world. As of March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization declared the outbreak a pandemic. According to the UN's 2021 Sustainable Development Financing Report, the global economy has experienced its worst recession in 90 years, with the most vulnerable social groups being hit the hardest. An estimated 114 million jobs have been lost globally, and some 120 million people have been pushed into extreme poverty. Global economic damage could be as high as $8.8 trillion
(2) World War II, referred to as World War II, was a global military conflict that broke out from 1939 (or even 1931) to 1945. World War II involved the vast majority of countries in the world. Including all the great powers, and eventually divided into two opposing military alliances - the Allies and the Axis. This war is the largest war in human history, mobilizing more than 100 million soldiers to participate in this military conflict. The major warring countries have declared that they have entered a state of general war, using almost all of their country's economy, industry, science and technology for warfare, and at the same time combining civilian and military resources for planning purposes. Including the Jewish Holocaust, the Nanjing Massacre, the Sweeping Massacre, the Katyn Massacre, the Manila Massacre, the Japanese army's germ warfare against the Chinese soldiers and civilians during the war, and finally the first use of the atomic bomb by the United States on Japan. World War II was also the military conflict with the largest mass casualties on record, with a total death toll of 70 million, the war with the largest number of casualties in human history. It has a profound impact on the world structure, changing the political map and social structure of the world in the future, especially the defeated Axis power group was forced to accept the arrangement of the Allies. The United Nations was also proclaimed on October 24, 1945, with the hope of promoting cooperation among countries and preventing future military conflicts. At the same time, the victorious Allied countries also held important positions in various United Nations agencies, especially the United States, the Soviet Union, China, and the United States. Five countries led by the United Kingdom and France established the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, leading the world order.
(3) On Thursday, February 24, 2022, the Russian-Ukrainian war broke out.
From 1945 to 2022, most parts of the world tend to be in a state of peace, providing a 77-year development opportunity period for the development of human society. But the 2019 outbreak has once again changed the course of human peace.
With the evolution of the Russian-Ukrainian war, it is possible to detonate a third world war or even a nuclear war. The international order of 1977 is about to be broken again. As a result, the global economy and technology will decline, leading to a chain reaction of second-in-life disasters such as poverty, plague, and disease. There are many uncertain factors such as natural disasters, tsunamis, earthquakes, etc.
(4)  The world pattern is facing another re-division, and a new round of cold war has begun
